hamber is a rectangular form of container for loading materials to be sterilized.

The Sterilizer Camber, a dual structure of an internal container and a jacket, is designed for hot water to circulate smoothly.

The internal container should maintain air-tightness, and the portion where hot water circulate should not leak.

Door Type : astoria type, hot water circular type.

Door packing is made from silicon, and packing groove of 18m/m x 25m/m may endure up to a maximum pressure of 1.5kgf/cm²± 0.1

Door : The door is interlocked and it is released only below 0.2

All the process may be easily monitored.(Humidity, pressure, temperature, process time)

Since the control box is controlled with P.L.C, additional handling is not need.

Temperature, humidity and pressure is automatically recorded on the recorder.

A Vaporizer is essential equipment for maintaining temperature inside Chamber and vaporizing E.O GAS.

A built-in heater is used to heat the water in Vaporizer.

The vaporizer has a double structure for keeping temperature.

The vaporizer consists of a heater, Copper pipe, and a water level controller.

If the water in the vaporizer is not sufficient, the heater may not be heated. This affects proper temperature in the chamber and satisfactory sterilizing effect may not be expected.

The performance of a pump lies in vacuum and sterilizing effect, time reduction, and the remaining amount depends on vacuum.

Considering the features of E.O GAS, the vacuum pump should be a manual type.

Vacuum should reach 650~680mmHg within 10 minutes. Of course, complete vacuum is desirable, if possible, which may be difficult because of time difference and the features of a manual pump.

E.O GAS Purifier is attached to the vacuum pump, and is used to remove any remaining E.O GAS from a vacuum pump.

Although you have sterilized completely, you cannot expect a satisfactory sterilizing effect without a sterilized filter. Therefore, a sterilized filter should be installed.

A sterilized filter should remove more than 99.97% of particles under 0.3.

A filter case should be clean, and a filter should be replaced every year.

If you use an additional filter prior to a sterilized filter, the filter life may be extended.

The hot water heated in the vaporizer circulates through a circulation pump and keeps chamber temperature.

Chamber temperature is very important element to determine pressure, humidity, sterilizing time and complete sterilization.

A humidifier is used for dry air inside a room, products’ features, harmony with E.O GAS and complete sterilization.

Since E.O GAS is closely related to humidity, proper humidity(50% ±15) should be kept in order to improve sterilizing effect.
